He has played over 25 first-class cricket games, representing the state of Punjab, India, and has an impressive record of 75+ wickets at an economy rate of 2.78. After retiring from professional cricket, Rajesh obtained his BCCI Level A certification.

- Water Orton, UK: Rajesh served as a bowling coach for the historic Water Orton Cricket Club, which boasts over 140 years of legacy. Water Orton is a member of the Warwickshire league and clinched the Division 1 title in both 2016 and 2017.
- Vijay Dahiya Academy, Delhi: At this academy, Rajesh mentored young cricket talents aged 13 to 16. His coaching approach was marked by innovation, enabling kids to learn more effectively.
- High-Profile Assignments in Canada: Between 2015 and 2017, Rajesh undertook several coaching assignments in Canada, leaving a lasting impact on aspiring cricketers.
- USA Cricket Head Coach: Rajesh's expertise caught the attention of USA Cricket, where he was appointed as the head coach for the Adult Midwest USA Cricket team in the 2023/24 season.

Pinakin was the highest wicket taker in the MCT in 2018 with 47 wickets and also broke the all time CCC record. He was also the president of CCC from 2017 to 2018. Pinakin is also a founding parent volunteer and played a major role in establishing Cricket infrastructure through AYCA. Pinakin brings a wealth of Cricket knowledge and has been one of the core members of the AYCA Parents Coaching team and has helped many kids learn quality cricket.
